I've picked up a cm3588 and get very poor rw speeds with luks. aes is not listed in /proc/cpuinfo. There's a hw crypto offloader, but the patch series seems to have stalled. Has anyone gotten crypto acceleration working with rk3588?

zigflu_, last time I tested the series adding support to it in Linux, the performances were much slower than using the AArch64 crypto extension, although I don’t remember if I tested on rk3568 or on rk3588.

And it seems it never got merged either.

At least I still don’t see it in drivers/crypto/rockchip/ on mainline.

I probably should update my TF-A (and u-boot?), I haven’t done that ever since I first got this board.

What are the most up to date instructions for that using as much upstream stuff as possible?
