my decades-old Microsoft branded MCE USB IR remote receiver finally died. Those aren't sold anymore, so I bought one of the many MCE IR receivers available ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077MRD2P4/ ). Everything works the same, except if I press an arrow key twice within about 1 second, like when using the on-screen keyboard or scrolling down a media list, it sends 4 or 5 quick keypresses instead. Extremely annoying. Does anyone have some guidance on how to fix
