<headius> good morning!
<ldywicki[m]> morning

<headius> ok I've rebased the modularity PR and it is darn close to working: https://github.com/jruby/jruby/pull/6598#issuecomment-1303704031
<headius> unfortunately there are some remaining issues to get fully running
<headius> I'm not sure they are going to be worth trying to fix until we can fully commit to modularity, which should happen when we commit to dropping Java 8 after JRuby 9.4
<headius> so I'm going to punt it to JRuby.next

<ldywicki[m]> headius: are you available next week to sync in which direction we should go WRT build stuff? I have quite good recognition on how to embed dockcross (despite of failures you've seen), so I would like to make some kind of matrix of platforms and architectures we must cover crossed what CI/CD options we have. Out of this I think we'll be able to draw a more or less automated release procedure.
<headius> ldywicki: yes I am

<headius> enebo: I have created a 9.4.1.0 for punting things that can wait until after 9.4 release but perhaps not as long as 9.5
<enebo[m]> headius: good idez
<ldywicki[m]> headius: lets book one of your mornings then, it should be early afternoon for me. I need not more than 30 minutes of your time.
<headius> Sounds good!
<headius> ok I have reviewed the PRs for 9.4 and rebased some and will circle back next week. Primary task for me next week is getting Rails working (prepend fixes) and starting to stabilize everything for release. We're almost there!
