does anyone remember of the top of their head what the min voltage for VIO of the LVDS port is? On the quick glance into the datasheet it seems to be V1.8 but I am not convinced.
<vegard_e[m]>
I don't see how external termination makes a difference, LVDS is differential signalling around a common mode voltage of Vccio/2 anyway
<whitequark[cis]>
<esden[m]> "Front.png" <- you have a typo here

a pair of Port B
<esden[m]>
oooh LOL!
<esden[m]>
good catch!
<whitequark[cis]>
and I think reversing the pin numbers for port B would be ideal
<whitequark[cis]>
best to have all pinout diagrams match each other
<esden[m]>
right, also good point
<whitequark[cis]>
vegard_e: oh, you are righ

vegard_e: I thought it makes a difference but after reading TN1253 and thinking about how what I thought it works would be physically possible I realize it just isn't; apologies

I guess they just run subLVDS at 1.8V?
<whitequark[cis]>
I thought that's not really okay?..
<esden[cis]>
nanographs: ping... just checking if you got everything right :)
<esden[m]>
@nanographs Great! 🙂

@Cathrine will we have a meeting today. Or are we calling it off. I don't see attiegrande (@_discord_654094992221929502:catircservices.org) being online.
<esden[m]>
(Yes I saw you saying that you are running late today... 😄 no rush)

attiegrande (@_discord_654094992221929502:catircservices.org) ahh thanks for the heads up.
<esden[m]>
@nanographs at least we got you set up, so that even if the meeting is not taking place this week you should have an easier time next week. 🙂
<nanographs[m]>
Yeah thanks for getting this setup

<whitequark[cis]>
I think we should postpone
<esden[m]>
ok, sounds good to me. I don't have much to report on my end anyways.
<esden[m]>
Just came back from BlackHat and DefCon... and won the lottery it seems ... as it seems that I have not gotten Covid... 😉
<esden[m]>
I am finalizing the paper materials to go into the Glasgow shipping boxes as we speak.
<esden[m]>
But I have one question. Is the firmware fix merged? If so, is all I need to do on the Glasgows to run glasgow flash on them? Or do I need to redo glasgow factory? (I would like to keep the serial numbers the boards already have flashed if possible) I would like to work on reflashing them some time next week.
<whitequark[cis]>
no I have been really overloaded at work and no one knowledgeable has stepped up to help me
<whitequark[cis]>
I should finally find where to buy some speed so that I can stop sleeping entirely

What tool do you use to generate these diagrams? I like how it looks
<esden[m]>
@Catherine ok, thank you, make sure to sleep though, I tried it without and it had the opposite of the desired effect. 🙂
