Bridging what looks like IRC join/leaves (especially laptop idled and left/joined in close proximity join/leaves) into Discord doesn't seem to add a lot of value for the noise created. Is there some way the bridge can suppress those join/leave messages, at least into Discord? (I gather the Discord "member of channel" are suppressed into IRC already, so there's precedent.) Screenshot to illustrate, from the Discord side tonight.

put a false where true should be
<whitequark[cis]>
okay, should be fixed now

vegard_e: did that create noise on Discord side?
<vegard_e[m]>
nope
<whitequark[cis]>
perfect, then it's fine now
<attiegrande[m]>
thanks!
<whitequark[cis]>
np! it is important for the bridge to remain a good experience for everyone
<whitequark[cis]>
this creates a lot of tension unfortunately
<ewenmcneill[m]>
whitequark: Thanks for attempting to turn it off. As zyp noted, there's been one more since the "should be off in a few seconds", so it's not yet clear whether the config change worked or not.

(I've now read the rest of the context, and see that a typo was why that last one leaked through; I've seen nothing more in the last hour, so hopefully it's fixed. Thanks so much!)
