hi! I ran into a weird bug. Currently, I can only reproduce it under sway with Nefsen402's scene patches

apparently changing the background alpha at runtime can break things in rather peculiar ways. I have a transparent background by default, but if I temporarily change it to opaque and in that duration some app goes fullscreen, then after returning to transparent, all letters have opaque boxes around them: https://i.imgur.com/hibI5EE.png

nevermind, I can reproduce it with current sway master as well, but there making it fullscreen doesn't work. however, if I have it set to opaque by default then try to make it transparent then it breaks
