:o/, is it legitimate to mark test day tests complete ahead of time if you read through tests and can confirm you've already exercised functionality through fedora37 nodes in your environment?

dustymabe: jlebon are you good to go with the PR above using `additional_artifacts` ?
gursewak has quit [Remote host closed the connection]
<dustymabe>
ravanelli: I think we need to support just `artifacts:` as a bare minimum. We could also add `additional_artifacts:` at the same time, or do it later in a followup
<dustymabe>
basically `artifacts:` gives you full control (it's a complete override), which is why I think it's required.
<dustymabe>
but `additional_artifacts:` would likely be used more and is a nice "addition" :)
<jlebon>
yup, i think supporting both makes sense. imagine e.g. turning off artifact generation for 4.7
<ravanelli>
dustymabe: For fcos, artifacts are enough, I'm thinking more about rhcos, where appending would be better.
<jlebon>
ravanelli: i think feel free to implement both in the same PR or separately :)
<ravanelli>

jlebon: For when you have time, don't need to be this week. https://github.com/coreos/coreos-ci-lib/pull/111 I was checking your suggestion to use 'git mv'+ sylinks. Seems it still missing something. What was the trick you did?

<dustymabe>
should we post to coreos-status as well as the coreos@ list?
jpn has quit [Ping timeout: 265 seconds]
<jlebon>
dustymabe: some comments, but LGTM overall. no strong opinion on coreos-status, but my vote would be no. it's experimental so any users are probably following what's happening upstream.
<aaradhak[m]>
quick question regarding the denylist update for kola test ext.config.clhm.network-device-info, do we need to remove just the testing-devel stream or all the three streams testing-devel testing stable ?
<dustymabe>
if it passes `testing-devel` then you should be able to remove the entry completely (since `testing-devel` flows into `testing` and `stable`)
