braewoods: the only reason i would be going for two servers is to prepare for a future failover setup with two machines, although there were 0 failures past these 6-7 years that i know of. thanks for the help. :)

but since it would be virtualization, live migration of vms shouldn't be a big issue (still have my old script if anyone needs). so yeah it might be a better idea to go with one.
