Hi There,
<Guest53>
I am an engineer with eInfochips, a subsidiary of Arrow Electronics, and have a question from one of our end customers. As one of your distributors, we would like to request the following information:
<Guest53>
Customer order part :BBONE-A | BeagleBone® AI.
<Guest53>
He connected the board to USB C, and he want to run the system, but the system is not powered up. No LED lights are flashing. Is there any way to fix the issue?”

Guest53: that is not a lot to go on ...
<Guest53>
vagrantc could you please re confirm?
<Guest53>
Any way to fix this?
<zmatt>
Guest53: if you're an engineer, surely you can imagine that there's almost no way to give a useful response based on so little information. pretty much all you're saying is "it doesn't work"
<zmatt>
maybe the usb port/supply they're using can't supply enough current for the BBAI ?
<Archana>
Hello...what pins are taken up by the HDMI usage?
<zmatt>
Archana: the P9 and P8 tabs of my spreadsheet mark pins in use for special purposes: https://goo.gl/Jkcg0w#gid=1847985463
<Archana>
Thank you!
<zmatt>
e.g. HDMI uses P8.27-46, and if HDMI audio is enabled also P9.{25,28,29,31}
<Archana>
@zmatt: thank you again!
<zmatt>
(HDMI video and audio are enabled by default but can be disabled to free up the pins for other use)
<Archana>
Right...I understood that much. I just could not find the paperwork or data on the pins allocated to the HDMI for whatever reason.
