[Discord] <mecoblock> now imagine if all boards were systemready certified

[Discord] <foxusiai> hm, I'm noticing that dkms isn't correctly rebuilding modules (zfs, in my case) on a kernel update. It attempts to, there's a message about running `dkms autoinstall`, but this doesn't seem to actually do anything, and I have to manually re-run `dkms install zfs/2.2.6 -k 6.1.75-vendor-rk35xx` after `apt upgrade`.
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <foxusiai> Seems like maybe the default `dkms` upgrade integration might not play nicely with the various preinst/prerm hooks of the `linux-image-vendor-rk35xx` and `linux-headers-vendor-rk35xx` packages?
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <foxusiai> btw, how is `/run/motd.dynamic` generated? I was trying to find it by `grep` my system and somehow it caused a kernel `oops` 😅

[Discord] <superkali> this server is familiarly 😄
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <foxusiai> which one would that be? `linux-image-current-rockchip-rk3588` is 6.12 which isn't supported by ZFS yet (and 2.3.0-rc3 only supports 6.11 so far)
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <foxusiai> on my other machines I use LTS which is 6.6, but it seems like there's 6.1, and 6.9 - 6.11 available.

[Discord] <igorpec> ahaa, in that case we have a problem
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <igorpec> there are some older versions in the repo
<DC-IRC>
[Discord] <igorpec> but that will be some hacking
