Hi I would like to give so environment variables to river, but export them from init file doesn't look to work. How I should do it?
<
erikeah>
Thanks in advance!
<
ifreund>
erikeah: the most straigtforward way it to start river with a script that export the variables then executes river
<
erikeah>
Thanks ifreund, I got it, just for clarification theres not other way?

erikeah: only other ways with the same effect -- the env vars need to be present when starting river
<
tiosgz>
if you only need them for a specific program, you can also run the program with them
<
erikeah>
Thanks both, I will try out with pam_env may I will have luck

I got it, thanks guys, I used pam_env finally, I'm using the user_readenv flag and setting environments from users home.
