teepee: yuch, repo filled with .exe's and other binaries :-/
<knielsen>
teepee: that does look like something that should be packaged (the generator). OTOH, from a quick glance at build.sh and LICENSE.md, it doesn't look too bad to package perhaps.
<knielsen>
I'm actually not sure what the Debian policy is, if those generators are _only_ used by lib3mf; whether it's preferred to package separately to avoid "vendoring", or whether it's preferable to bundle with the lib3mf sources to avoid introducing a new package that noone will use except as a build-dep of lib3mf

one of these days, i'll try to package implicitcad. you know, when i have 'free time'.
<teepee>
ah, yes, I have heard about that, supposedly existing somewhere in the future

<kintel>
humm, from my experience future seems to have less free time in it : /
<kintel>
teepee Did you ever look into the SVG fill-rule property?
<teepee>
Severity set to 'important' from 'serious'
<teepee>
that should prevent removal, no?
<knielsen>
yes, that's my understanding also
<knielsen>
Anyway, I think this 64-bit time_t transition is quite a delicate thing, a large fraction of the Debian archive needs to move to a new ABI-incompatible world, so probably a lot of clever people are working focused on this and things will settle down after a couple days or weeks
<J24k96>
enable Fast-CSG AND Manifold .. shouldn't that be a radio button?
kintel has joined #openscad
<kintel>
J24k96 Yes, but this UI is auto-generated from experimental flags; it's not a release feature :)
<J24k96>
maybe a note then .. i think it is a bad advice to enable both (or 3) .. only spotted it because a user asked as his scad crash when run this - not sure what the reason is
