it's pretty neat how some g-code hosts can allow the user to stop printing one of several objects on the platter

i imagine they treat the bed as a 2D space and tell the microcontroller to ignore all gcode within certain x-y range

linext, this is actually a quite nice feature. i wished to have this in the past, but never dared to believe this can be real. one advantage over sd card printing! which gcode host are you using ?

I know klipper can do this with exclude object, I think there is a plugin for octoprint as well
