<Chris__> indy, ive done some more research on it, this board is using ARM14, which ive already pinned out and have connected. But reading through ARM JTAG spec sheets, ARM14 was phased out years ago and not that many people use it, and its not even recommended to use ARM14. Why the fuck is this modern printer using it?
<PaulFertser> Probably to be compatible with older equipment for factory flashing.
<Chris__> im sitting here looking at proper equipment to do flashing over JTAG, I am now wondering if it will be easier to dump the e-NAND chip and do it that way. I would need an adapter board to program it, and I have all the tools for that at work, just not the board to put the e-NAND on
<Chris__> more research time
