< Suryo> rcurtin: Hi, I saw your comment on PR #117 where you ran the tests and Schaffer N.2 and N.4 fail often. This is one thing that I couldn't resolve with CNE entirely since these functions have a lot of local minima and are generally difficult :(
< Suryo> I'm hoping that PSO will be able to solve the problems with these. I will begin writing the tests for the first PSO variant over the coming weekend. Also, the first PSO variant is lbest PSO, so I'm hoping that solutions don't get stuck in local minima, etc.
