naywhayare: should I avoid C++11 features such as foreach loops?
< naywhayare>
andrewmw94: yeah, please. mlpack isn't C++11 yet, although Udit's project will be using variadic templates so we'll have to change to C++11 this summer
< andrewmw94>
alright
< naywhayare>
I suppose when we change to C++11 we can redo lots of for loops as foreach'es, but I doubt it makes a difference for anything other than code cleanliness
< andrewmw94>
yeah. It can be faster to test against 0 since there's a zero register, but I assume the compiler changes that automatically

naywhayare: have you had a talk with oldbeardo?? cause I forgot open that ticket :) if you didn't I will do that right away..
< naywhayare>
sumedhghaisas: I haven't seen him in IRC since we talked, so if you can go ahead and open the ticket and CC him that would be great, thanks
< sumedhghaisas>
naywhayare: So LMF abstraction is done. I am preparing for RALS though NMF... I dont think test for LMF is required s it just called the update rule... have to write a test for certain update_rules
< naywhayare>
I need to review the LMF code; I'll try to find a chance to look at it tonight
< sumedhghaisas>
yeah sure... I guess I am awake the whole night...
< naywhayare>
if you're not online when I do the review, I'll just send you an email :)
< sumedhghaisas>
Yeah sure...
