Wizzup: i don't want to be too optimistic but i think i found the root cause of the 15 sec PA call bug: i'm able to decrease it from 15-20 sec to 3 sec !

well, in 2016-17 some buffer changes has been done in cmtspeech trying to solve the non working outgoing sound. but the reason was pulseaudio, not cmtspeech

changing again this buffer settings improve latency a lot

it means that we need to double check every changes since arround 2016

anyway i'll try to increase this buffer a bit more and adjust my previous tlenght and fragsize settings to see if i can completely solve this issue

Wizzup: sicelo: i'll need help soon for calls integration...because the 15 sec bug is solved !!! it means that calls work normally, both ways, with low latency

for integration, we need to find the best way to load all stuff and find/decide the best resample method to use with Leste (on N900 ofc)
