Hi everyone. Anyone has been able to fully install ubuntu noble desktop on rk3566? I can boot the iso but fails at the very end of the process.

That is new enough for every important driver to be in the source, so it's either that they didn't enable something or some other problem. "but fails at the very end" isn't very descriptive.

I mean that files are fully written but then gives an error and the console remains empty without any report. Opensuse installs OK and ubuntu raspberry preinstalled image works.

Is it blowing up trying to set EFI variables? IIRC that's a common reason at least for Debian installers dying at the end, on platforms with dodgy firmware

The last time I tried using U-Boot to UEFI boot Ubuntu Server (HWE) on an RK3566 the installation did succeed but panfrost was inexplicably broken

Yes, the kernel gives mali supply error. Ubuntu server fails also for me but don´t know how to use HWE. Did you see a grub menu? I didn´t
