I am looking at the datasheet for rk3568. Apparently, according to their data, rk3568 crypto single core could handle 1Gbps decrypt/encrypt without problem?

You would probably want to change this in u-boot at the same time, and I'm not super excited about changing the order for a subjective reason in an already shipped dts

I saw that u-boot starting to consolidate e/mmc order on some boards.

then you're probably not actually using panfrost. Check the output of e.g. glxinfo
