<lvrp16> Does anyone know if the bootrom checks boot0 or boot1 from eMMC?
<lvrp16> Or does it only check the general partition?

<CounterPillow> it doesn't care about partitions at all, it checks the emmc at a specific offset for idbloader iirc
<hramrach> You can easily test it by adding a debug print to SPL and writing it to one of the boot partitions
<hramrach> CounterPillow: the HW partitions

<hramrach> rebooting does not initialize the mmc no matter what https://paste.debian.net/1246918/
<lvrp16> CounterPillow: emmc physical partitions, not software partitions.
<lvrp16> i'll try and report back for the logs
