<f_>
\o all!
<f_>
chewitt (logs...): Wonderful! Found the commit that removed BL2 from the tree. As expected, it's just TF-A with Amlogic patches on-top.
<f_>
chewitt (logs...): Also, about aml_chksum, I actually didn't succeed.....my laptop's SD card reader did.......weird things.
<f_>
hexdump0815: \o glad to see you here!
<f_>
As you can see in the logs, I successfully managed to get mainline U-Boot to run as the primary bootloader and am now trying to make it possible to achieve that without blobs.
<exkcmoeAdmin[m]>
so will u make the amlogic patch to the upsterm of tf-a
<f_>
No(t yet)
<f_>
I need to know if it works on my KII Pro.
<f_>
And this will only affect gxbb -- other SoCs will still require nonfree blobs.
<exkcmoeAdmin[m]>
yes
<f_>
(but it may be possible to port other Amlogic SoCs based on gxbb)
<exkcmoeAdmin[m]>
yeah
<f_>
Also...about those U-Boot patches...
<f_>
I'll upstream them soon, don't worry =)
<exkcmoeAdmin[m]>
yeah after u have packaged them in pmos
