Hello. Using 9.2.6 "generic", i have the following problem when trying to play a game: le downloads the game at each try. It's very long (typically ~15minutes). I have lot of space available on the HD (ssd actually). Why can't it keep downloaded files ?
<orzel>
I use the "IAGL" if that matters
<chewitt>
orzel IAGL can be configured to cache files

chewitt: yeps, it seems by default the cache is set to 0. How small..

but iagl is not available anymore for stable libreelec
<orzelf>
i'm trying to update to libreelec 10, but i can't find the "channel" in libreelec settings add-on, as explained on https://wiki.libreelec.tv/support/update
<Wonka>
"As discussed in the recent Upcoming Changes blog post it, the 10.0 release is a disruptive and limited hardware release."
<Wonka>
and that's why there might be no update, but you need to do a new install
<orzelf>
I've read the blog post. Seems slightly less frightening on 'generic' hardware as I have. Too pity iagl is only available on le 10 and not the stable one.
<orzelf>
This iagl really has some weird choices (no cache, not available for stable le)
<Wonka>
on the same note, I'd love to know if it's possible to transfer the DB contents from 9 to 10 - especially the "already watched" markings.
<Wonka>
I'm using an rpi2 though, so for now I'll stay with 9.2

ok, so iagl is completely broken with the last libreelec. Going back to the previous one (9.95.5) fixes it...

Hi I cannot find any binaries for Librelec Matrix for Rpi3, it is not yet available ?
<orzelf>
I can't install the "snes controller' addon. Logs says CAddonMgr::FindAddons: Addon 'game.controller.snes' already present with higher version 1.0.9 at '/usr/share/kodi/addons/game.controller.snes/' - other version 1.0.8 at '/storage/.kodi/addons/game.controller.snes/' will be ignored
<orzelf>
i can't remove this directory (it's a readonly squashfs).
<orzelf>
What does it mean ? the 'default' addon installed by kodi is one version up from what is available in the addons list...?
