<jimtng[m]> Using jruby 9.4.0.0-snapshot, I have a top-level instance variable that is assigned `Time.now`. However, when another part of the code encounters this variable and compares it against Time.now, suddenly I got `class org.jruby.RubyTime cannot be cast to class java.util.Date`. @var.class at this point is indeed `Java::JavaUtil::Date`. I don't know where that came from. Could this be a bug in jruby?
<kares[m]> ahoj there, so how far would a potential 9.3 release be at this point?
<headius> Not far at all. I will look at issues later today
