Yeah, for some reason your order was not shipped as part of the previous batch. You are only 27 orders behind. So either you had not paid your customs balance before the last batch was shipped out, or something else happened. But based on my data your order should ship this time around, unless there is something else wrong with your order.

Because the campaign ran so long ago the customs payments changed by quite a lot. Mouser is pre-paying customs when they ship the items. Some people have to pay a few dollar difference to adjust to the changes since the campaign was done.

That said, normally, when people have a pending payment on their order, the order is not listed in the CSV that I am getting. The fact that your order is in my dataset means to me that you don't have a payment pending.

What I would do in your place is to contact Crowd Supply through their contact form, and ask about your status of your order, if there is anything that blocks your order from being shipped. If there is no pending issue on your order, you should get your Glasgow shipped as part of the upcoming batch.
