<dnkl>
I don't use kanshi myself, so have no idea how to configure it
<dnkl>
yambar doesn't really support multiple monitors. There's no support for it to launch new instances on its own
<dnkl>
What I do is use two different yambar configurations, and then launching two yambar instances, using --config to select which config (and thus monitor) to use
<dnkl>
If you want the bar to be identical on all monitors, just copy the config and then change/set the 'monitor' option in both configs
<dnkl>
a fairly simple improvement to yambar would be to add a --monitor command line option. That would at least allow us to use a single config.

kanshi profiles can have exec statements, so you can have a script to reconcile the current yambar instances with the current set of monitors and then exec that from each profile
