Does anyone know how to tag metadata that contains a quote, for instance: -metadata title="The Man" but I want the tag to actually include the quotes so instead of reading (The Man) it would read ("The Man"), I have tried all sorts of double quotes and escaping, but I can't get it to do it. I know the tag can contain quotes as MP3Tag sets them.

I've tried every combination of escaping quotes I can think of, it is no use sending all of them.

interesting, when I do it your way in a normal command shell (cmd.exe), the tag is done with single 'The Man', which is really weird seeing as those are on the outside. When I do this in the cmd.exe it does what I want:

Because PowerShell interprets smart quotation marks, like ‘, ’, “, and ”, as normal quotation marks, smart quotation marks also need to be escaped.
