farkuhar can you take python3-cssselect?your python3-lxml depends on it
<beerman>
farkuhar thanks for the sneeky adoption as well ;)
<farkuhar>
beerman: no problem. Thanks for inserting the missing dependency python3-six.
<beerman>
sure, no worries... i have since integrated python3-pip (-> pip3 check) into my build script which will trigger a check if python files are found in the footprint
<beerman>
that way it's easy to catch and act upon

i sympathize with the frustration when packaging gnome ports like zenity. The webkitgtk project makes too many breaking changes from one version to the next. At least with zenity it's only an optional dependency.
<beerman>
i don't see where its needed with steam, it runs fine without it
<beerman>
i don't think its auto enabled anyway, I just like to make things available where possible and thats probably how it got in there in the first place
<beerman>
btw, i do check all these ports i marked unmaintained. if i didn't say anything in here, nothing depends on it or its just something that danny maintains that depends on it and just isn't yet marked unmaintained
<beerman>
feel free to go through some more of his contrib ports. there are 47 left

regarding stenurs latest message to the mailing list ... we did use https for the OpenSSH source, from 2021-12-13 until 2022-02-24. Maybe an expired cert was the reason for reverting, when the update to 8.9 happened: https://crux.nu/gitweb/?p=ports/core.git;a=blob;f=openssh/Pkgfile;hb=fb125db8b7b4bb1abb67750b6e4c21e20c028457
