<beerman> jue: ping
<beerman> farkuhar: thanks for the follow up :)
<beerman> farkuhar: you might want to drop a few things from your repository in regards to the latest wayland merges, e.g. foot, grim, swappy.. :)
<farkuhar> beerman: agree. I did put it on my agenda to slim down my repository sometime this week, now that you've pushed some more wayland packages into contrib.

<jaeger> I have no strong opinion on the .git drivers for ports.... I mirror ports repos in my LAN anyway and performance is great :) But with that said, no objection if it improves the experience for someone, I just wouldn't make them the default
<jaeger> As for serving git via HTTPS I'll look into it
<jaeger> I kinda think I already looked into it but asked for feedback on the config since I'm not an apache expert
<jaeger> Don't think anyone had any, though
<jaeger> Also, just so everyone knows, my limited free time for stuff is not likely to change soon. I'm not leaving or quitting, just letting folks know I'll still be intermittent for now
<beerman> i run one apache instance at work, but like you, i'd prefer nginx.
