<mattb0ne> zmatt I thought it was bad to power both pins on P9
<mattb0ne> there are four headers on that cable I would assume you only should have two one for 5v_vdd and gnd

<zmatt> mattb0ne: "bad to power both pins on P9" ??
<zmatt> P9.01 and P9.02 are both ground, P9.05 and P9.06 are both VDD_5V
<zmatt> while in practice you can get away with connecting only one GND pin and one VDD_5V pin it is preferred to connect both ground pins and both VDD_5V pins to distribute the supply current across two pins, since the beaglebone can draw up to 2A and the header pins are iirc officially only rated for 1A per pin

<Guest40> I'm looking for a Kicad or Eagle footprint of the AI-64. Does anyone have one? Or a copy of Allegro that they could export one from jkridner
<Guest40> Or is there a way to generate a footprint from a gerber?
