<set_> So anyway, I am trying to build on stuff I learned and take away from things that are already done. "The ole switch-a-roo!"
<set_> I want to make a Cape. So, I will try. I have been doing some soul research brother.
<set_> I found a thing. I posted the thing that is already done on the forums. Now, I am trying to mfg. and de-mfg. the process to update/upgrade and make it work w/ the BBB or other working boards your organization(s) have produced.
<set_> Is this okay?
<set_> I mean it. Is it okay if I try to make a Cape work w/ the boards your organization have produced?
<set_> Now, I can get away w/ UART2 instead of i2c2 but I was thinking to use a direct connect instead. I am at scratch for now.
<set_> Right...so. If I used a MCU like the MSP series from TI, UART would need to be used for EEPROM. Anyway, I will read the SRM again under the Cape sections.
<set_> i2c2 is utilized w/ EEPROM. Sorry.
<set_> GenTooMan: I do not know you! But! Please listen to this song. Enjoy it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lXDCUoC2QKQ

<set_> Anyway GenTooMan: I figured you would like that song. Please reply on here if the Cape business is worthwhile for learning purposes.
<set_> So, is it a fact that the Cape, this Cape I want to "make," has to have an EEPROM associated w/ the Cape or do people become too lenient these days?

<Guest32> Hello im having problems with C6000 compiler in beagleboneAI. When i try to compile it says that it cant be found, if I try to install it, it says that it is already installed, and if I look for it in every path nothing is found. Does anybody know what can be the problem?
