<Armbian-Discord> <IgorPec> you have updated petitboot?
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> The SDCARD needs to be formatted to FAT and the img renamed to spiboot.img.
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> By FAT you mean old school max 4GB FAT?
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> fat32 is fine
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> Flick the switch to the left, stick SD in and power on. You should see it updating if a monitor is plugged in. It reboots when done.
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> rofl this is Petitboot dev.20190212, so far it's not complying
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> I wonder if the SD slot is fubar
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> odd. i wouldn't know. but both mine had that version I believe and thats all i did to update them. there is suppose to be a command you can run in pboot and it pulls it down from the webs.
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> i've never tried though
<Armbian-Discord> <Tonymac32> Sigh it's like my VIM's, they don't like following directions either concerning booting
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> pboot sucks anyway. i just use uboot.
<Armbian-Discord> <rpardini> also remove eMMC if there
<Armbian-Discord> <rpardini> yeah. use pboot to wipe itself (flash_eraseall) and just boot our u-boot and be happy and mainline 😉
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> I didn't have to remove the eMMC. But I suppose its a good idea.
