<srepac> yes, just like libre computer cheaped out on putting a sd card connector on this la frite board
<Armbian-Discord>
<Zanoryt> i've been considering getting a pikvm... do you have an HDMI switcher that is compatible with it?
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I use aimos 4 and 8 port kvm switches
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> Just remember that you have to disable msd on pikvm if you want to be able to do hotkey kb switching while your pikvm otg is connected to aimos kb port
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I have 5x 4-port and 1x 8-port aimos
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I used rpi/opi zero connected to one of the usb hub ports for MSD
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I used my own pikvm installer for raspbian and armbian builds
<Armbian-Discord>
<Zanoryt> thanks, i'll look into that!
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> arch linux EOL’d support for rpi zero w (1st gen) so I made pikvm work with it
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I got sick of arch updates borking pikvm so I dedicated some time to make it work on raspbian. The installer works for cm4, rpi4, zero (2) w and other sbcs now
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> Opi zero, one, zero plus, nano pi neo, and all-h3-cc h5
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> Most of the pikvm code is written in python, js, and html. Some in C that needs to be compiled which my installer script performs
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tonymac32> shrugs that's why there is also a "CC", to get all the plugs like an RPi.
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> Rpi boards and opi one I bought myself. The rest were given to me to make pikvm work and come up with images
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I actually prefer the opi zero boards now as they have both eth and wlan
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I made pikvm work on opi zero 256MB
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tonymac32> ah, what came first, the OPi Zero or the friendlyARM NanoPi Air
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tonymac32> well, the air doesn't have ethernet, that's right
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tonymac32> and the NEO doesn't have wlan
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tonymac32> however the OPi zero and nanopi NEO are mirrors of each other, ignoring that horrible wifi chip 😄
<Armbian-Discord>
<srepac> I didn’t buy cm4 because what’s the point without an io board
<Armbian-Discord>
<Tonymac32> yeah you need a carrier board. Tempted to (attempt to) make a board that mounts the Radxa CM3 on one side and an ILI9341 on the other. (not channel related)
<Armbian-Discord>
<IgorPec> I am using this one https://amzn.to/3eGljHr with PiKVM. Does the job.,
