After docker-spk builds the Docker image, it takes about 5 minutes more for it to exit. What is it doing during this time? Is the time mostly spent on compression? If so, it would be nice if there were also an option to compress using the fastest pass possible, especially if I am just going to `spk unpack` it immediately.

<DawnPaladin>
Hi folks! Is Sandcats registration up? I'm having some trouble with it
<DawnPaladin>
I'm running `curl https://install.sandstorm.io | bash`. It asks me what Sandcats subdomain I want, so I type that in. I enter my email address. Then it says "Registering your domain", then "..."
<DawnPaladin>
and then it asks me for a subdomain and email address all over again
<DawnPaladin>
so I can't progress through the install unless I type "none"
<DawnPaladin>
anyone have advice?
<garrison>
I just tried and was able to get it to work.
<garrison>
(Have you tried multiple subdomains or the same one repeatedly? Does the name have any special properties, e.g. weird characters?)
<DawnPaladin>
I have been trying the same one repeatedly. It's just a four-character string, no unusual characters.
<garrison>
I just also tried a name that I know to be in use, and I got an explanatory error message, as expected.
