Wow, I just got actually banned from freenode
<LarstiQ>
cfbolz: what happened?
<cfbolz>
No clue
<cfbolz>
Haven't said anything there since a week
<fijal>
[Global Notice] In the recent policy enforcement, some channels were erroneously included. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us in #freenode-services or contact-us@freenode.net. Thanks for your patience and choosing freenode!
<fijal>
cfbolz: I think they're failing to maintain it with no staff? I got kicked out too
<cfbolz>
I don't particularly care at this point
<cfbolz>
Ah, it seems they killed the channel maybe?
<cfbolz>
[Arfrever]: it seems they banned the ops of #pypy on freenode and maybe changed the topic back?
<[Arfrever]>
cfbolz: Before it happened, was topic mentioning word "libera"?
<cfbolz>
No
<cfbolz>
[Arfrever]: But a link to the blog post about the move
<[Arfrever]>
On 2021-05-26, Freenode took over at least 720 channels with topic mentioning Libera.Chat (and maybe Libera Chat) (but probably no other similar words like "liberal", "liberation" etc.).
<[Arfrever]>
Maybe now they were checking topics with word "moved"...
<cfbolz>
Possible
