so you want people to look through a directory of unsorted, unlabelled third party patches from 2015, a build of who knows what from who knows when, and to have any sort of useful feedback?

The linked directory contains a zipped file called openocd-tms570-f021-wip.tar.gz that contains the OpenOCD repo with the patches already applied. The flash driver for the TMS570 is located in the file f0xx.c under src/flash/nor/.

I understand that is not ideal that this is based on older version of OpenOCD with extra patches, but I am hoping that someone with flash driver experience , using the RPi as an interface, or anyone in the community could provide some guidance or maybe themselves have run into an issue akin to this.
