<Guest2497> Hi All, not sure how active this IRC chat is, I'm pretty sure I've found a bug in OpenOCD V0.12.0-rc2 and want to open a ticket, just trying to figure out the process since the sourceforge bug ticketing page indicates I need to be approved by a site admin.
<Guest2497> Basically, when trying to use a cmsis-dap debugger to work with SWO output, it looks like the command that sends the baudrate doesn't send enough bytes over to the debug probe. At line 663 of cmsis_dap.c (fn cmsis_dap_cmd_dap_swo_baudrate) it looks like 4 bytes are transferred with this command, when I believe it should be 5 (the command tag
<Guest2497> itself, then the 4-byte baudrate word). This lines up with an error I'm getting on my debug probe, because the probe is only seeing 4 bytes for a command that should have a total length of 5.
<Guest2497> I'm mostly just trying to write this up as a bug in the issue tracker, if someone could provide some insight on that process it would be much appreciated.
