< rcurtin>
zoq: why did you remove CMake/LICENSE.txt?
< rcurtin>
did I make an error there or something?
< zoq>
I think there is no need to hold an armadillo license file in the blog repo.
< zoq>
I shouldn't have pushed it in the first place.
< zoq>
Just to be clear we are talking about the blog repo.
< rcurtin>
oh, ok! yeah, I agree with that
< rcurtin>
I missed the "(blog)" bit in the subject line :)
< rcurtin>
I am still recovering, I don't think I am thinking 100% quite yet...
< zoq>
:) hopefully you are on a good way
< zoq>
Btw. did you also received a mail about the NIPS workshop?
< rcurtin>
yeah, but it says that they will post decisions tonight
< rcurtin>
that was about 2 hours ago now I think
< zoq>
right, just wanted to make sure, all got the message
vivekp has quit [Read error: Connection reset by peer]
< gk__>
but this version of mlpack doesn't contain methods/ann that are present in the github repo
< gk__>
how do I go about installing those methods? can I compile only some selected methods or do I need to build the whole package again but this time using the updated source code
< rcurtin>
gk__: use the git master version, not mlpack 2.2.5; the ANN code isn't stable yet so hasn't yet been part of a release
< gk__>
Okay. I am on Ubuntu system. Should I just build it again? Do I uninstall the stable build or will it be overwritten with the newer install?
< zoq>
gk__: 'make install' will overwrite the existing version
< gk__>
Thanks. I am sorry to trouble you with these small problems as I am a beginner.
