now im trying to enable the second ethernet port on the radxa rock3b and sysfs is whining because the 2 MDIO buses are getting mapped to the same place in sysfs lol

kinda have no idea how i'd fix this. the RK3568 has two GMACs, each with their own MDIO bus and own RTL8211 phy. not sure how to deconflict the mdio dts nodes
