<JScho> Can someone tell me what the specs are when using the Glascow as a serial protocol analyzer with Sigrok? I see that there is no RAM memory on the interface so I assume the max speed is limited by the USB connection?
<d1b2>
<dragonmux> it's good for up to 50MHz or the max of the USB connection (480Mb/s) - whichever you hit first. There is limited buffering capabilities in-FPGA as there is block RAM used as an interface FIFO.
<d1b2>
<dragonmux> there is also an addon that gives it Hyper RAM for more memory-intensive applications which might be useful for your needs too
<d1b2>
<JScho> Does it work well with Sigrok?

<dragonmux> we've never tried it directly from in Sigrok to be fair, so we don't have an answer to that.. but we'd suspect it would
<whitequark>
it doesn't currently
<d1b2>
<dragonmux> ah, well.. good to know
