I can't ctrl-z a job I've run through the built-in time command, because time terminates when I press ctrl-z

fg is posix, and `man fg` for me lists some posix documentation sections to look at.

dnkl: yeah got confused for a moment there. vim uses them for some stuff, but in the situation im in (ctrl-z,fg) obviously it cant!
