This incl. a patch for riscv64, but I cannot find any information about being sent upstream
<davidlt>
the patch if From: misaka00251 <liuxin@iscas.ac.cn>

Could it be that the original package name of libxslxwriter was actually libxlsxwriter, and it was just misspelled? I noticed that its spec file name on src.fedoraproject.org is libxlsxwriter.spec, and libxlsxwriter compiles normally.
<davidlt>
yeah, but it still should be removed from 40 tag
<sharkcz>
if you have a list of packages without any build, then send it to fedora-devel list, please
<davidlt>
we could look into that closer to the end of mass rebuild
<rwmjones_>
sorry, was afk .. I'll look at qt6-qtbase next
<rwmjones_>
sharkcz: hezhengyu: I posted on the list about xslx/xlsx

davidlt: so I have a look at pegasus / the open group, and there's no easy way to submit patches, so I'm going to guess that liuxin didn't submit it

<rwmjones_>
davidlt: sorry, was in a meeting .. what I'll do here is do a PR including this patch, and in the PR mention that it's not upstream and asking if the packager has any way to submit patches upstream
