<Guest43> I didn't check, I copied a preconfigured one from the gentoo wiki after I disabled it. I've grown tired.

<Nomius> Hi. Anyone knows the reason why init could be ignoring the "runlevel parameter" in the kernel command-line? Although I have id:2:initdefault in my inittab, I thought that could be "overwritten" at boot by appending i.e. 3 in the kernel boot parametes.

<Nomius> Nevermind... I just finished debugging, it was just my initramfs... I was not passing any params to the new (chained) init... So my initramfs was just exec /sbin/init instead of exec /sbin/init "${@}". Entirely my fault.
