<kveremitz> documentation/download query .. https://docs.buildbot.net/current/manual/installation/installation.html#installation-from-pypi says that for SSL buildbot[tls] is needed, but pypi doesn't seem to understand buildbot[tls] any more (I may have used it once before) .. is this still necessary, or is there a download missing?! tia!
<felixfontein> do you mean pip (the package installer), or pypi (the package repository)?
<kveremitz> I don't know how to 'read' the pypi repo to find if there's a [tls] variant that pip should be fuinding, so I'm guessing both? I can findthe actualo error in a moment...
<kveremitz> oops one-hnd typoing
<kveremitz> ah hell it could conceivably be PEBKAC .. testing ..
<kveremitz> yup shell interpreting my brackets.. quoting 'buildbot[tls]' (with double-quotes) is fine. My bad.
<kveremitz> blood in the old caffeine stream.. apologies for the noise
