There was a discussion a while back about TPIDRRO_EL0 having the CPU number in it. Original discussion was talking about how Apple already does this, but Windows also does the same thing. If WINE wants to support ARM64 applications on Linux this would need to be supported. It looks like nothing else is using this register still, would it be accepted if this was wired up to behave the same?
<HdkR>
Ideally the combination of WINE needing it for ARM64 compatibility and FEX-Emu wanting it for performance reasons, it could be implemented?

is there a non sysfs way of doing this ? Something that could be set by default, somehow ? 'echo enabled > /sys/class/tty/ttySTM1/power/wakeup'

<arnd>
robher: is "ARM: dts: Fix undocumented LM75 compatible nodes" something we need as a bugfix in 6.11, or should that be part of the next merge window? I assume the latter, but it's not clear from the description
<robher>
arnd: 6.12 is good.
<arnd>
