<arnd>
linusw__, krzk: you both sent a driver patch series to soc@kernel.org that ended up in my patchwork, for pinctrl and w1 respectively. I assume you are not actually asking me to apply them for v6.4 but are just looking for code review, right?

arnd: for w1 yes; initially I wasn't sure who is going to pick it up, but later it was clarified that Greg
<krzk>
arnd: I see that soc mailing list is busy... you might reconsider removing the MAINTAINERS entry (covering arm64 dts Makefile)

<arnd>
krzk: ok. For the maintainers entry it's hard to find the right balance. The idea of having the entry for the Makefile was to make sure I catch every new SoC platform that gets submitted using the get_maintainers.pl output
<arnd>
if someone repeatedly adds soc@ to Cc for something they shouldn't, I tend to clarify it off-list
<krzk>
arnd: yes and also you catch regular new boards :)
