robher: I've just picked up changes for the soc/arm branch with your of_address_to_resource() cleanups, for broadcom, renesas, imx and samsung. I assume this was part of a wider cleanup you did, so let me know if you have changes you'd like me to pick up directly

robher: ok, merged both now, and pushed out a soc/drivers branch with more of your patches in drivers/soc, drivers/firmware/ and drivers/bus. Do you have more of those driver patches that should go in there as well?
<arnd>
fwiw, I was away a bit over easter and only now managed to start catching up on the backlog. So far everything is looking good and I didn't have to reject anything for the defconfig, soc and drivers branches, but I've left the dts branches in the first pass

merged everything now from established maintainers now. there are still three new SoC platforms in flight from new maintainers that have never sent a pull request to soc@kernel.org, so I need to see if any of them are ready
<arnd>
krzk: since you did a lot of the review, do you have an idea if any of the new SoCs are ready to be merged? I see we have pending patches for Cisco CrayAr, AMD Pensado, Nuvoton ma35d1 and Blaize.
<krzk>
arnd: bindings must be accepted. DTS quality is another point, but from bindings point of view Cisco and Blaize were not ready.
<krzk>
arnd: ma35d1 was almost ready, but one binding needs fixes and one maintainers file change need moving, so still not ready
<arnd>
Ok, thanks
<krzk>
arnd: pensando was almost ready but then Rob spotted incomplete cache so there will be another version (v14) :)
