robher: for recent devices not booting in linux next, looks like git bisect points to commit 791bfad7a461 ("of: base: convert index to unsigned for of_parse_phandle()")

<mwalle>
tmlind: could you try with a partial revert of the of_parse_phandle_with_args_map() ?
<tmlind>
mwalle: sure, do you have a patch to test?
<tmlind>
mwalle: does not seems to fix regression caused by 791bfad7a461 at least
<mwalle>
tmlind: btw what system is it?
<tmlind>
mwalle: i'm seeing some ti omap boards fail with 791bfad7a461, at least dra7 beagle-x15 and 4430 duovero fail, older cortex-a8 based boards seem to boot
<mwalle>
if there was no feedback here until tomorrow, I'll send it to the list
<robher>
mwalle: shouldn't a negative value just look out of bounds and still return an error? In any case, I'm going to drop the series from linux-next.
