<RadxaYuntian> rock 4se is basically rock 4b v1.5, 4c+ is a different design
<DC-IRC>
<Tonymac32> OPi 3.1, or OPi for Workgroups 3.11
<DC-IRC>
<lanefu> Cool. I ended up adding rock4se as it's own CSC device to armbian mainly since it looks like it's getting uboot mainlined

<.omerdemir> Before compiling the Armbian orange pi pc plus ubuntu jammy image, I use the "PACKAGE_LIST_ADDITIONAL="$PACKAGE_LIST_ADDITIONAL" variable mentioned in the user configuration document, but when compiling the image, the packages I want are not installed, can you help?
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> I think they might have not have updated the documentation on that because the only reference in the build scripts to that variable I can find anymore is:
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> # Obsolete stuff, make sure not defined, then make readonly
<DC-IRC>
<Tonymac32> Away from my machine but I thought that was the name of the 5A poly fuse I warned you about running 5V with
<DC-IRC>
<Tonymac32> Since your supply could do more than it's rated current and the board can certainly pull it
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> I thought so.. was getting confirmation for a different machine that has the same part
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> They had a spark and power out
<DC-IRC>
<Tonymac32> 👀
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> Yeah.. what was odd is they just "theoreticly" hooked up correct voltage and the correct barrel to the spec..so who knows... how long do those polyfuses usually take to reset?
<DC-IRC>
<Tonymac32> If it sparked you might be SOL. The poly fuse is at best a "slow-blow" device, if you trip one that fast it likely didn't protect the circuit given the violence of the trigger
<DC-IRC>
<Tonymac32> But 15 minutes or so should be enough if it's salvageable
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> I'll pass that along to him
<DC-IRC>
<tenkawa42> (not my device.. just passing info)
