<Armbian-Discord> <Ellie ฅ⩽(UωU)⩾ฅ> 👋🏻
<Armbian-Discord> <Ellie ฅ⩽(UωU)⩾ฅ> Can anyone please help with an issue on Radxa Zero?
<Armbian-Discord> <Ellie ฅ⩽(UωU)⩾ฅ> it won't see any Wi-fi connection
<Armbian-Discord> <IgorPec> radxa zero = amlogic and probably best if you open a topic on forum (i don't have this device to check)
<Armbian-Discord> <Ellie ฅ⩽(UωU)⩾ฅ> pardon

<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> anything in particular in those updates that make me want to change the configuration of my omv server?
<Armbian-Discord> <TheBug> I mean you have access to the source, go and look.. You'll find out much faster than waiting around for someone to do the work for you.
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> ok just gotta study computer science real quick, brb
<Armbian-Discord> <TheBug> If you think thats what it takes, then your are for sure in the wrong place.
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> i think you are having a missunderstanding here
<Armbian-Discord> <ManoftheSea> change the configuration?
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> for assuming that it would cause "work" for someone who knows the answer from the top of his head
<Armbian-Discord> <ManoftheSea> Bug, you're having an Igor moment
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> e.g. "yeah feature xy was intruduced, make sure to enable it" or something
<Armbian-Discord> <ManoftheSea> Why would installing the updates be "changing the configuration"?
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> do updates sometimes change or introduce settings and features?
<Armbian-Discord> <ManoftheSea> they aren't supposed to, within a given releasename
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> oh sorry
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> obviously
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> 🤷
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> where is my head
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> seriously, i just saw that there are updates that explicitly name my soc and then asked a nonbinding quesiton in a discord channel
<Armbian-Discord> <ManoftheSea> Most of the time, i don't expect the DTB package to have changes at all, it just gets renumbered to match the image. Which is the latest point release of the linux kernel, we try not to change the minor number within a release branch (like 22.07). I don't know about u-boot or the BSP packages, but they don't typically get "new features"
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> its not like i opened a support ticket or soemthing
<Armbian-Discord> <el scorpio | qu454|2> i see, thanks for clarifying, the rockpro64 (not armbian) has some old problems with waking from sleep so the update just triggered my magical thinking brain
