<Armbian-Discord> <jemershaw> I'm working on adding a new board but running into issues detecting the ethernet port. It seems like it should be using rk_gmac-dwmac but it doesn't seem like that module is added to the kernel image I built. I'm at a loss atm but still doing some research to figure out how to add it to the image, so if anyone has any pointers that would be helpful!
<Armbian-Discord> <ManoftheSea> Is the module built but not added? Is it part of the kernel config?

<Armbian-Discord> <jemershaw> @ManoftheSea how do I check if it's part of the kernel config?
<Armbian-Discord> <ManoftheSea> check the .config? May also be available as part of /proc/config.gz
<Armbian-Discord> <c0rnelius> most RK boards 'but not all' use CONFIG_NET_VENDOR_STMICRO=y CONFIG_STMMAC_ETH=y # CONFIG_STMMAC_SELFTESTS is not set CONFIG_STMMAC_PLATFORM=y # CONFIG_DWMAC_DWC_QOS_ETH= is not set CONFIG_DWMAC_GENERIC=y CONFIG_DWMAC_ROCKCHIP=y
<Armbian-Discord> <IgorPec> armbian has config in /boot/config*
